CNC Machinist - Up to $25/hour
Full-Time | Day Shift

Position Summary
Seeking a skilled CNC Machinist capable of operating CNC lathes, running unique programs, and performing detailed work with hand tools. The ideal candidate has experience reading and interpreting blueprints and can work independently. Precision and attention to detail down to .001” tolerance are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines
• Run and adjust custom or unique programs for production
• Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Perform raw fabrication work with tight tolerance requirements
• Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Troubleshoot and make machine adjustments when necessary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CNC Machinist
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Comfortable using hand tools and inspection equipment
• Skilled in precision fabrication down to .001”
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision
• Good communication and teamwork skills
