• MA diploma 
• 6 months of MA experience
• Hands-on BLS certification
• Capable of handling high patient volume, prioritizing tasks efficiently, and maintaining workflow
• Ability to clearly communicate with providers, nurses, and patients while maintaining professionalism and patient-centered care
• Consistently dependable, punctual, and able to build rapport with patients while remaining calm and friendly in a fast-paced environment
