Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Payroll Clerk to join our team in Minto, MN. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable multitasking, and confident working with numbers.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for drivers
• Manage accounts receivable
• Handle collections and billing
• Perform basic accounting and bookkeeping duties
• Answer phones and assist customers
• Communicate with customers and employees via email
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Utilize Excel for reporting and tracking

Qualifications

• Accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll experience preferred 
• 10-key calculator proficiency required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment
• Comfortable using computer software and accounting programs

Experience with Sage 50 Accounting and Prophecy Dispatch is a plus, but training will be provided.
