A well-established industrial distribution company in Watertown is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join their team. This position plays a key role in daily warehouse operations and customer deliveries, helping ensure orders are accurate, on time, and handled with care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, ship, and receive incoming materials

• Maintain organized stock areas and accurate inventory

• Operate a company vehicle to deliver orders and pick up materials

• Verify merchandise and ensure order accuracy

• Assist with counter sales, customer calls, and order pulling as needed

• Use forklifts, hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment

• Follow daily schedules and delivery routes efficiently

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of warehouse, distribution, or customer service experience preferred

• Forklift experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (MVR required)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
