Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker with carpentry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on carpentry skills, forklift operating experience, and a strong understanding of inventory management. This position requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse duties including receiving, storing, and organizing materials

• Utilize carpentry skills for building, repairing, or modifying pallets, crates, and other wooden structures

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts

• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality

• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

• Follow all company policies and OSHA safety regulations

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred

• Carpentry experience required

• Forklift operating experience (certification preferred)

• Knowledge of inventory systems and basic record-keeping

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Dependable with strong work ethic
