Inside Sales Representative (High-Volume Calls)

We’re looking for a driven and energetic Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment. In this role, you’ll connect with customers daily, build relationships over the phone, and help match clients with the right products or services to meet their needs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Make and receive a high volume of outbound and inbound sales calls daily
• Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs through active listening
• Present products and services confidently and professionally
• Close sales and meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Accurately enter customer information and track interactions in the system
• Follow up with warm leads and nurture ongoing client relationships
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve sales strategies
