Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM; 8:00 AM start on the first day

Overview

Looking for a straightforward role where you can put your communication skills to work? You’ll make business-to-business calls for a marketing company that helps coordinate advertising, events, and promotional opportunities throughout the Portland area. You’ll be given a list of businesses, contact information, and an easy-to-follow script — no cold-call guessing games or high-pressure selling.

Duties

• Contact businesses using provided phone lists and scripts
• Speak with managers and decision-makers about advertising opportunities
• Ask businesses if they are interested in displaying marketing materials
• Explain available advertising options and event opportunities
• Track calls, leads, and follow-up information
• Work toward a goal of approximately 5 leads per week
• Participate in team check-ins and review weekly call and lead activity
