Janitorial Supervisor

Located in tigard, OR

We’re  seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to oversee multiple sites throughout the Portland metro area and beyond. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll support and guide janitorial teams working in hospitals, police stations, and government buildings, ensuring quality standards are met while making a meaningful community impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervise and support janitorial teams across multiple locations throughout the metro area
• Assign daily cleaning tasks, distribute supplies, and coordinate team schedules and routes
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards and contractual expectations are met
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Train, mentor, and onboard new team members to set them up for success
• Address employee concerns, provide coaching, and promote accountability within the team
• Step in to assist with cleaning duties when needed to support coverage gaps
