Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lawn Care Crew Lead to oversee daily landscaping and groundskeeping operations. The Crew Lead is responsible for supervising a small team, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, and maintaining high-quality standards for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate has prior lawn care/landscaping experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead lawn care crews on job sites

• Assign daily tasks and monitor crew performance

• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers, etc.)

• Train new crew members on safety and best practices

• Ensure work meets company quality standards and customer expectations

• Communicate with management regarding job progress, equipment needs, and scheduling

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, mulching, pruning, and planting

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on all job sites

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE

• 3 years of lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping experience REQUIRED

• Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred

• Ability to operate and maintain lawn care tools and equipment safely

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation required

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
