Duties

• Conduct comprehensive quality audits across production lines to verify compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform detailed quality control inspections at various stages of manufacturing to identify defects or deviations.
• Implement and maintain effective quality management systems to streamline processes and enhance product consistency.
• Collect, document, and analyze data related to product quality, inspection results, and process performance.
• Support the development and execution of corrective and preventive actions based on audit findings.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and implement improvements.
• Assist in the development and review of quality documentation, including procedures, checklists, and reports.
• Participate in internal and external quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Contribute to ongoing training initiatives aimed at elevating quality awareness among staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality control, quality assurance, or related roles within manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, QA/QC processes, and industry standards such as ISO or GMP.
• Proficiency in conducting quality audits and inspections with attention to detail.
• Excellent analysis skills for interpreting data and identifying trends or issues.
• Familiarity with manufacturing workflows and quality management software.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the industry is preferred.
