Are you mechanically inclined and experienced with forklift operation? Do you enjoy hands-on production work? Join a growing industrial team in Clearwater as a Production Machine Builder and Forklift Operator. This full-time role offers weekly pay, great benefits starting Day 1, and a clear path to long-term employment.
Assist in the production and assembly of machinery and industrial equipment
Use hand tools, perform basic wiring, and assist with soldering tasks
Operate forklifts to move equipment, materials, and parts around the facility
Perform heavy lifting and manual labor throughout the shift
Work in a hot, open-air warehouse environment with industrial fans
Follow detailed instructions for machine building, safety, and quality standards
Experience in mechanical assembly, electrical work, and soldering
Forklift certification or recent forklift operation experience
Ability to lift heavy objects continuously throughout the day
Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments
Familiarity with using basic hand tools and following technical instructions
Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
Steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and long pants required
Solid-colored t-shirt in good condition (company shirt provided after training)
Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
