Receptionist/Office Assistant (full-time, 20/hr)

Longstanding Gainesville based company is seeking a Receptionist/Office Assistant to add to their team. Company has been in business for over 60 years and is seeking a reliable associate with a can-do attitude, capable computer user, and accurate data entry skills to join their team.

 

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
  • Generating and sending invoices to clients
  • Collecting and entering driver data and receipts into the accounting system
  • Input invoices and data into the computer/inventory system
  • Reviewing and performing data entry of client data
  • Assisting in inventory counts at times to confirm stock for client information
  • Making bank deposits
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • 3 years experience in an office role, preferably in a blue collar environment
  • Customer service skills
  • Capable computer user with experience Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Attitude that is happy to help both clients and coworkers in the accomplishing of business needs
  • Capable computer user with strong attention to detail for data entry of client information/order information
  • Non-Smoking
  • Must be comfortable with a cat in the office

Position will start at 20/hr and work from 8am to 5pm.  Comprehensive benefits package.
