Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse / Forklift Inventory Specialist with hands-on hydraulic experience to join our team in Bossier City, LA. This role requires operating a forklift to move and lift heavy hydraulic parts, accurately coding and identifying hydraulic components, and maintaining precise inventory records using computer systems. Candidates must have prior hydraulic experience to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and transport heavy hydraulic parts and equipment

• Lift and move heavy components with proper equipment and safety procedures

• Perform hydraulic coding, identification, and documentation of hoses, fittings, cylinders, and related components

• Read and understand hydraulic part numbers and specifications

• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software

• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize hydraulic inventory

• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders

• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

• Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Previous hydraulic experience (REQUIRED)

• Knowledge of hydraulic hoses, fittings, adapters, and components

• Prior forklift operating experience (certification preferred)

• Warehouse and inventory control experience

• Comfortable working on a computer and using inventory systems

• Ability to lift heavy parts and work in a physically demanding environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• High school diploma REQUIRED
