Salary: $14/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct pallets using woodworking techniques, power tools, and fabrication methods to ensure structural integrity
• Operate forklifts safely to transport raw materials and finished pallets within the warehouse
• Measure and assemble components accurately using calipers, sewing machines, and other precision tools
• Cut, shape, and join wood or other materials according to specifications
• Inspect completed pallets for quality control, safety compliance, and durability
• Utilize CNC machinery or machining equipment for precise fabrication when required
• Perform heavy lifting of raw materials and finished products to support production flow
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
• Collaborate with team members on assembly processes and troubleshoot fabrication issues
• Support warehouse operations by managing inventory of materials and finished pallets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in manufacturing, woodworking, or construction environments
• Mechanical knowledge of tools such as saws, drills, sewing machines, and hand tools
• Familiarity with forklift operation and warehouse safety procedures
• Ability to read technical drawings or millwork plans accurately
• Experience with CNC machines or machining processes is a plus
• Knowledge of fabricating pallets or similar structures preferred
• Physical strength for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods
• Attention to detail in measuring, cutting, and assembly tasks
• Basic understanding of sewing or garment construction is advantageous but not required
• Strong teamwork skills with effective communication abilities
