This Regional Manager role offers the opportunity to lead multiple locations, develop people, and directly impact revenue growth across Northern Ontario.
Our client is Canada’s largest company, operating multiple brands nationwide. As the business grows, we’re looking for a leader who can strengthen performance, build team culture, and represent the company in the community.

The Role
You will oversee 5–8 locations across Sudbury, North Bay, and Sault Ste. Marie, leading a team of about 16–20 employees.
This is not a desk job. You’ll be present in your stores, coaching your team, monitoring performance, and ensuring each location runs efficiently and profitably.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

·         Leading and developing a multi-site team

·         Driving revenue growth and improving sales performance

·         Monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans

·         Ensuring operational standards and customer service excellence

·         Holding teams accountable to goals and expectations

·         Identifying opportunities to improve processes and profitability

·         Representing the company at the Chamber and local business events

·         Monitoring competitor activity within the region

·         Overseeing leasing, customer accounts, reporting, and site standards

What We’re Looking For

·         5–7 years of sales and/or operations leadership experience

·         Multi-location management experience preferred

·         Strong coaching and performance management skills

·         Proven ability to grow sales and motivate teams

·         Highly organized with strong time management

·         Comfortable leading in fast-paced environments

·         Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (travel between locations required)

·         Legally entitled to work in Canada.
