Salary: $15/hr-$17/hr.

Duties

• Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions tailored to client needs.
• Assist with outbound calling efforts to follow up on orders, surveys, or service feedback.
• Manage data entry tasks accurately within customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software tools.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and customer preferences to support ongoing client relationships.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer concerns thoroughly.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services.
• Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to recommend improvements in processes or service delivery.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently to generate reports or document customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles; call center experience is highly desirable.
• Multilingual proficiency is preferred; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to promote products or services effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
• Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and analysis skills for reporting purposes.
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional demeanor during outbound calling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
