What You’ll Do:

• Strategic Sourcing: Identify and buy materials to meet project demands, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.

• Client Relations: Manage and maintain relationships with a diverse portfolio of 100+ clients, staying ahead of their needs.

• Global Logistics: Coordinate with international companies; navigating different time zones and cultural business practices with ease.

• Financial Tracking: Utilize QuickBooks Desktop daily to manage purchase orders, inventory, and vendor records.

• Team Collaboration: Actively contribute to a high-energy team environment where "everyone chips in" to get the job done.

What You Bring to the Table:

• QuickBooks Pro: Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is a must.

• Experience: Previous experience in sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain management.

• The "Go-Getter" Spirit: A high level of initiative—you don't wait for instructions; you see a need and fill it.

• International Comfort: Experience or comfortability working with overseas vendors and international shipping/communication.

• Bilingual Skills: While not required, being Bilingual is a huge plus!

• Communication: Top-tier verbal and written communication skills to handle a high volume of client interactions.
