Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Associate for a company in Maryville, TN. 

 

Customer Experience Associate Responsibilities: 

• Assist with general inquiries and process customer orders
• Coordinate and track customer shipments
• Manage customer open orders/backorders and expedite shortages
• Act as liaison between customers, sales, materials, and warehouse
• Support sales with forecasting and placement sheet updates
• Maintain accurate customer pricing and quotations
• Identify and solve problems quickly and kindly
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Evaluate processes and recommend improvements
• Provide internal team support

Customer Experience Associate Qualifications: 

• Customer Service minded 
• Responsive, Helpful, Intuitive, Empathetic
• Strong Communication & Problem-Solving Skills
• Proactive mindset and attention to detail
• SAP experience preferred
• Account management or sales support/inside sales experience is a strong bonus

Customer Experience Associate Shift: 

• M-Th: 8 AM - 5 PM. Friday: 8 AM - 4:30 PM. 
• 1 hour lunch
