Pay: $20/hr + Overtime

Schedule: 7a-4p + overtime opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

·         Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload concrete products such as blocks, slabs, or precast units.

·         Load concrete products onto flatbed trailers using proper placement, weight distribution, and securement awareness. Flatbed loading requires attention to stability and safe stacking

·         Inspect products before loading to ensure accuracy, quality, and safe handling.

·         Perform routine forklift inspections and report maintenance needs to prevent equipment issues.

·         Move finished goods from production areas to staging or shipping zones

·         Follow production schedules and coordinate with shipping teams to ensure timely trailer loading.

 

Qualifications:

·         Experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing, construction, or heavy‑materials environment.

·         Ability to handle oversized, uneven, or heavy loads safely.

·         Understanding of load securement principles for flatbed trailers (even if drivers do final tie‑downs).

·         Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment checks.

·         Ability to read load sheets, tags, or production labels.

·         Strong situational awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
