Key Responsibilities:
  • Open and close sales for prospective residents
  • Email & phone prospect leads looking for apartments
  • Administrate
  • Contact customers
  • Tour prospects and show them the models
Equipment used:
  • Computer (Outlook, Microsoft word, Excel)
  • Phone
Expectations:
  • Comfortable and effective when speaking to prospects
  • Great verbal and written communication
  • Must be punctual & reliable
  • Willing to learn and be a team player
Pay:
  • $18/hr-$20/hr with a chance of more depending on experience
Schedule:
 
-Week 1: Thursday (10am - 7pm), Friday (Off), Saturday/Sunday (10am-5pm), Monday (OFF), Tuesday (10am-7pm), Wednesday (9am-5pm)
 
-Week 2: Thursday/Friday (9am-5pm), Saturday/Sunday (OFF), Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday (9am-5pm)
 
***After week 2, it rotates back to Week 1 and vise versa***
