Our Morgantown area client is seeking an experienced Saw Operator to join their team! This is a great opportunity for candidates with machining and equipment operation experience looking for long-term career growth.

Pay: 2nd shift-$22.25/hour

Shift:  2nd shift 1pm-10pm Monday-Thursday, 1pm-7pm Friday 

Location: Morgantown, PA

 

Responsibilities: 

• Operate a miter saw to cut materials accurately according to specifications and work orders
• Measure and mark materials using a tape measure to ensure precise cuts
• Assist with basic fabrication tasks such as fitting, assembling, or preparing materials

• Inspect finished pieces for accuracy and quality

•  Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of the saw and related equipment

• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of previous experience with fabrication

• 2+ years experience operating a miter saw

• Previous experience using a crane is a plus (must be willing to learn)

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift
