Express Employment is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This contract-to-hire role offers long-term potential for a detail-oriented and organized warehouse professional who is ready to take ownership of critical receiving and shipping functions.

$18.00-$20.00/hr.+ DOE

Warehouse Associate Key Responsibilities:

• Support shipping and receiving of all products, materials and supplies
• Loading, unloading, sorting, and put aways.
• Maintain a clean, neat warehouse area
• Scanning inventory and counting accurately
• Pulling supplies and orders
• Material handling
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Associate Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing and labeling.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Forklift certification and recent experience preferred.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Basic proficiency with computers - Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, WorldShip, FedEx.
• Experience with WMS software, EDI experience is a plus!
• Good verbal and written communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
• Strong work ethic.
• Basic math skills for counting and measuring items accurately.
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, and climbing for long periods and lifting packages as needed.
