Express Employment Professionals is seeking CNC mill and lathe Operators and Machinists for 1st and 2nd shifts in Chesterfield and Shelby Twp.. These are permanent, evaluation-to-hire opportunities with full benefits upon direct hire conversion.

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC lathe and milling machines to produce precision components.

Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm
• 2nd Shift: 4:30 pm to 7:00 am
• 3rd shift: 11:00pm to 7:00am
• Overtime and weekends available as business requires
• Must be available to train on 1st shift (7am - 3pm)

CNC Operator Requirements:

• 1 year of CNC Lathe or Mill operator experience in a production environment
• Performing offsets, adjustments, insert and tool changes
• Quality inspection using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Setup experience is a plus
