A stable specialty distribution company in Troy is hiring a Working Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations inside a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This is a 50/50 role. You will supervise the team while also working alongside them on the floor.

What You’ll Own

• Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, picking, and fulfillment
• Assign work and monitor productivity in real time
• Enforce safety standards and address issues immediately
• Operate forklifts and assist with loading/unloading
• Resolve workflow bottlenecks and maintain inventory accuracy
• Step in physically when needed to keep operations on schedule
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and layout efficiency

This is not an office-based management position. You will lead from the floor.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on warehouse or distribution experience
• Forklift experience required
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
• Strong accountability and ability to hold team members to standards
• Basic computer skills for inventory and reporting

Compensation is $60,000–$65,000 depending on experience. Straight-time overtime is paid for additional hours worked. Benefits include medical, dental, vision after 90 days and 401(k) with company match after one year.
