Local community healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated, reliable, hard-working supervisor to join our team in a supervisory capacity. Individuals with leadership or any supervisory experience, along with any cooking or kitchen experience, are encouraged to apply!
Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Occasional Weekends

We are a community services organization dedicated to providing high-quality meals and meaningful support to the individuals and families we serve. As our new Kitchen Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in daily operations while helping us build a warm, safe, and efficient food service environment.

Responsibilities
Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring meals are prepared safely, efficiently, and with care
Guide, train, and motivate kitchen staff and volunteers
Maintain inventory, order supplies, and monitor food costs
Uphold food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Assist with menu planning and meal prep as needed
Help create a positive, inclusive, service-driven culture
Support community-focused initiatives and special events

 

Starting pay: $22.00/hour
