 $14/hr

 

Our client has asked us to find a hard worker for a short term railroad project.  We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work. Do you have a valid TWIC? If you have the right experience, attitude and are ready to work - we want you to call us! 

 What will you be doing?

• Industrial labor
• Changing cross ties
• Setting plates and removing spikes
• Using hand tools and power tools to complete tasks
• Moving materials as needed for projects
• Other duties as assigned

Experience, skills, and qualities that will put you at the top of the list for consideration includes:

• Valid TWIC card required
• Rail specific experience is preferred
• Experience rigging, working with barges, or heavy construction is a plus
• Strong hand-eye coordination
• Able to safely lift 50 lbs or more repeatedly
• Good listening skills and able to follow instructions
• Commitment to safety
• Reliable transportation with a commitment to being at work for all scheduled shifts, and willing to stay until the job is finished
• Drug free
