Job Title: Powder Coater
Location: Winona, MN
Pay: $19.81 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Friday 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Overtime: As Needed (up to 55 hours per week)

A local manufacturing company in Winona is seeking a Powder Coater to join their production team. This role supports an automated paint line and requires working at a consistent, fast pace throughout the shift. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable staying active in a production environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform part counts, align paint color sequences, and set up the automated paint line

• Conduct chemical testing and collect production data

• Perform all functions related to the paint manufacturing operator role

• Follow inventory control procedures

• Prepare parts for powder coating or painting

• Rack parts prior to coating and remove them after finishing

• Inspect and finish coated parts before moving them to the assembly area

• Assist with prep, hanging, and finishing tasks as well as other departmental needs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• Ability to read and understand English (training may be provided in Spanish if needed)

• Self-motivated with the ability to work quickly and stay alert

• Detail-oriented and able to adapt to working in different departments

• No prior experience required – willing to train

Physical Requirements

• Lift 25–50 lbs occasionally

• Stand for the entire shift (no sitting)

• Frequent reaching, bending, and overhead reaching

• Light walking, carrying, and bending

• Medium pushing and pulling

• Use of basic hand tools (pliers, wire cutters, screwdrivers)

Work Environment

• Warm to hot environment due to proximity to ovens

• Fast-paced production line

• Safety glasses required at all times (provided)

• No travel required
