What You’ll Do
- Operate manual and semi-automatic CNC machines to produce precision components
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy, quality, and tolerance standards
- Perform basic machine maintenance and follow safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Manual Machinist / CNC Machinist (manual-focused)
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Understanding of machining safety practices and basic maintenance
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
