Sanitation Operator – Food Manufacturing

Job Summary:
The Sanitation Operator is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and facility areas to ensure a safe, food-grade environment that meets company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize production lines, equipment, and work areas

• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for deep cleaning

• Follow GMP, HACCP, and safety procedures

• Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals

• Complete sanitation logs and documentation accurately

• Assist with changeovers and support production as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Previous sanitation or manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in wet, cold, or hot environments

• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance

Pay $17, shift diff 2nd $1.25, 3rd $2.00
