Production Associate – Food Manufacturing

Job Summary:
The Production Associate supports daily food production operations by preparing, processing, and packaging products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently

• Measure and prepare ingredients according to specifications

• Package, label, and palletize finished goods

• Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met

• Follow GMP, safety, and sanitation guidelines

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Manufacturing or food production experience preferred

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Reliable and able to work in varying temperatures

Pay:

$16.50 on day shift

$18.50 on night shift

Schedule: (2/2/3, 12-hour shift): You will be assigned to one time slot and work the same hours each day.

You will work either 4:45am- 5:15pm, 5:45am- 6:15pm or 6:45am- 7:15pm on day shift.

You will work either 4:45pm- 5:15am, 5:45pm- 6:15am, or 6:45pm- 7:15am on night shift. 

 

Benefits of working a 2/2/3, 12-hour shift schedule:

Provides an average of 42 hours per week (36/48 alternating)

Every other weekend off with a 3-day weekend

You'll have time off during the week for important appointments

Extended vacation with taking fewer vacation days (ie, 2 vacation days and get 7 days off)
