Salary: $20-28/hour

We are seeking a Vehicle Coordinator for a local company in Rosemount, MN. The Vehicle Coordinator is responsible for managing internal vehicle movements, supporting outbound customer deliveries, and ensuring smooth logistics operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate vehicle movements between facilities and within plant locations.
• Schedule outbound shipments and ensure on‑time delivery of completed units.
• Follow up on delayed pick‑ups or deliveries to maintain accurate timelines.
• Adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures and maintain process discipline.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly labeled, stored safely, and organized according to internal guidelines.
• Interact professionally with vehicle delivery drivers to support efficient, safe unloading and loading.
• Provide excellent internal customer service with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
• Maintain working knowledge of ERP systems and scheduling tools.
• Assist with inventory, supply chain tasks, and special projects as needed.
• Promote safe work practices at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Forklift Certification required
• Prior experience in logistics, transportation coordination, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with scheduling or ERP systems

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move within facilities for extended periods
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and perform related material‑handling tasks
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Schedule

• Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
