Pay: $18.00/hr

Schedule: 1st shift, M–F, 8AM – 5:30 PM (Occasional Saturdays if a weekday is rained out)

Overview
We are hiring experienced Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Technicians to support commercial and government property maintenance projects. This is a seasonal position with the potential for permanent hire.

Primary Duties May Include:
*    Pulling weeds
*    Cutting grass
*    Picking up trash
*    Laying sod
*    Planting and mulching
*    Installing rock, cement, lighting, and related materials
*    Digging for drainage (as needed)
*    General outdoor property maintenance tasks
**Work is performed outdoors in various weather conditions.

Requirements:
*    Must be** 21 years of age or older**
*    **Valid driver’s license required**
*    Clean Motor Vehicle Record (**no more than 2 points**)
*    May be required to operate a company vehicle
*    Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
*    Ability to lift 50lbs
*    Experience preferred
*    Ability to **work outdoors in all weather conditions/temperatures**
