Warehouse Worker – Stand Up Forklift

Location: Ft Myers, FL
Schedule: 7:00-4pm
Pay: $18.00

 

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our medical device distribution team. This role involves supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, including order picking, shipping, and inventory management, while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards in a regulated environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a stand-up forklift safely and efficiently for loading, unloading, and moving materials.
• Use hand-held scanners to accurately pick and track orders.
• Pick, pack, and prepare medical devices for shipment according to company procedures.
• Perform general warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
• Lift and move items up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Utilize computer systems to manage inventory, track orders, and update records.
• Follow all safety protocols, quality standards, and compliance requirements for handling medical devices.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience, preferably in a medical device or regulated environment.
• Certified or experienced in operating stand-up forklifts.
• Proficient with hand-held scanners and basic warehouse software.
• Strong computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
