Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant with prior apartment leasing experience (required) to join our Class A luxury community. This is a sales-driven role focused on increasing occupancy through strong lead conversion, professional presentation, and exceptional customer service.

Candidates must have previous on-site leasing experience and a proven track record of converting prospect calls into tours and tours into executed leases.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Management

• Manage and respond to all incoming leads through Knock CRM
• Convert prospect calls into scheduled tours
• Conduct engaging community tours and confidently close leases
• Follow up consistently to maximize conversion ratios
• Meet or exceed monthly leasing and occupancy goals
• Maintain strong knowledge of pricing, availability, and specials

Customer Experience

• Deliver a polished, luxury-level experience to all prospects and residents
• Maintain professional appearance and communication standards
• Build strong rapport to support resident retention

Administrative

• Accurately document all activity in Knock CRM
• Prepare lease paperwork and ensure compliance
• Support move-ins, renewals, and resident communication

Qualifications (Required)

• Minimum 1–2 years of apartment leasing experience (on-site required)
• Proven ability to convert leads to tours and tours to leases
• Experience using Knock CRM or similar lead management software
• Strong closing skills and sales mindset
• Professional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
