What your role is:
• Set up and manage the supplies
• Mark down each time a team receives a set of supplies item and confirm with them by checking
the app for number of completed challenges
• App support- assist teams with downloading the app, and assisting with app questions through
the duration of the event
• Keep participants encouraged, excited and involved
• Crowd control: Be confident and prepared to manage multiple teams. You are in charge of your
role for the day. Take ownership!
• Count your materials at the supply/star rewards table
• Know the information and rules you are giving teams. Be consistent and firm with instructions &
rules.
• Provide creative consultation to teams if they seem stuck or need help
• Be Professional: You are representing Outback Team Building & Training while you are out in the
field.
• Make it fun!

Challenge: Three teammates must find a host and collect a jump rope to complete this challenge. Two
teammates should hold the ends of the rope and turn it while the other teammate jumps in the middle.
