Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment across multiple areas of the distribution process. The ideal candidate has prior warehouse experience, is comfortable operating lifting equipment, and takes pride in maintaining high accuracy standards.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Operation

• Safely operate forklifts, tall order pickers, cherry pickers, and other distribution center machinery.

• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.

Multi-Zone Fulfillment Ownership

• Operate across all core areas of the distribution process, including picking, packing, staging, and shipping.

• Support efficient order flow with minimal handling and maximum productivity.

Order Picking & Inventory Accuracy

• Accurately retrieve merchandise using handheld tablets and RF scanners.

• Maintain 99%+ picking accuracy.

• Utilize real-time inventory management systems to ensure precise order fulfillment and inventory reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Previous distribution or warehouse experience required.

• Willingness and ability to operate tall order pickers.

• Proficient with tablets, scanners, and inventory management systems.

• Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse lifting equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently.

• Team lift required for items over 50 lbs.

• Comfortable working at heights while operating tall order pickers.
