Operator Helper

Salary: $15.00 / hour

Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking reliable, industrious, and experienced candidates for a Print Operator Helper position. Applicants must have experience in working in a warehouse and using a pallet jack . This position will pay $15.00 / hour and the hours are from 6:00 A.M -2:00 P.M. Tuesday-Thursday, with possible overtime on Friday. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in bindery type work
• Packing Boxes
• Stacking Forms
• Utilize manual pallet jack
• Gather supplies such as clipboard, packing, boxes, labels
• Check glue levels
• Load rolls when necessary
• When machine stops running: Help in cleaning glue plates, load rolls, clear good forms off sheeter and delivery table, gather supplies, change glue plates
• Other jobs assigned by operator
• Adheres to all safety regulations
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Capable of completing all safety training
• Demonstrates the ability to work independently and with other members of the team
• Capable of physical movements such as bending, stooping, and lifting products above the shoulders if necessary
• Capable of working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• Capable of working in a noisy, loud environment
• Capable of being regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, and frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions; risk of electrical shock; and vibration
• Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE: PPE includes but is not limited to Steel Toe boots, Safety glasses, Hearing protection, and other equipment per related to safety SOP
