Job Title: Pool Cover Technician

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Frequent Overtime)

Pay Range: $23 - $25 per hour

Description:

Fairfield company is looking for individuals to install and service safety swimming pool/spa covers. They want people who are reliable, self-motivated, trustworthy and have a good work ethic. You must work well independently as well as part of a team, be able to follow instructions and like the job, the customers and their staff. Must take pride in your job. They will train the right person.

Responsibilities:

• Installs, tests and repairs all assigned equipment to manufacturer and company specifications
• Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Good organizational skills with the emphasis on keeping job site, vehicle and warehouse organized and clean
• Must have good communication skills as you have direct contact with their customers
• Ability and willingness to work some overtime when needed, especially during busy season
• Ensures overall high level of customer satisfaction with the services performed
• Extensive driving as we cover all of Northern California
• Paperwork is done completely, accurately, correctly and on a timely basis

Qualifications:

 

• Pass Drug Screening.
• Pass Criminal Background Check
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (DMV)
• Current/ Valid California Driver’s License
• Strong relatable/ similar work experience w/ professional references
• Willing to drive long hours/ sit in traffic
• Willing to work outside (in all weather) for the entirety of every shift
• Solid communication skills (with team, supervisors, and clients)
• Committed to a long-term career
• Committed to make this job priority above all other jobs
• Accepts the starting pay
