We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Accounts Receivable (A/R) Department. This role is responsible for assisting with obtaining required documentation to ensure invoices are processed and released in a timely manner. This is an entry-level opportunity with strong growth potential, as demonstrated by a previous employee who successfully transitioned into a permanent A/R role after two years with the company.


Key Responsibilities
• Communicate daily with internal Project Managers, subcontractors, and A/R team members to
obtain required documentation.
• Assist with tracking and organizing invoice release documentation to ensure timely billing.
• Update and maintain invoice tracking spreadsheets.
• Add tabs to Excel tracking forms as needed.
• Custom sort data and perform basic Excel functions such as summing columns and updating
spreadsheet information.
• Navigate OneDrive and SharePoint to locate and retrieve documentation.
• Provide general administrative and computer support to the A/R department.


Qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate functions).
• Ability to navigate OneDrive and SharePoint.
• General computer proficiency.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable experience is a plus but not required.
• Construction industry experience is a plus but not required.
