We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Accounts Receivable (A/R) Department. This role is responsible for assisting with obtaining required documentation to ensure invoices are processed and released in a timely manner. This is an entry-level opportunity with strong growth potential, as demonstrated by a previous employee who successfully transitioned into a permanent A/R role after two years with the company.
Key Responsibilities• Communicate daily with internal Project Managers, subcontractors, and A/R team members toobtain required documentation.• Assist with tracking and organizing invoice release documentation to ensure timely billing.• Update and maintain invoice tracking spreadsheets.• Add tabs to Excel tracking forms as needed.• Custom sort data and perform basic Excel functions such as summing columns and updatingspreadsheet information.• Navigate OneDrive and SharePoint to locate and retrieve documentation.• Provide general administrative and computer support to the A/R department.
Qualifications• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate functions).• Ability to navigate OneDrive and SharePoint.• General computer proficiency.• Accounts Payable/Receivable experience is a plus but not required.• Construction industry experience is a plus but not required.
