Specialty Parts Technician

 

Express Employment Professionals – St. Paul, MN is assisting a small manufacturing company to fill two Parts Technician position on their team. Position is located in the East metro.

 

Pay: $18 – 24/hour DOE

 

Schedule:   1^st Shift Monday – Friday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday thru Thursday)

 

Job Purpose:

The Specialty Parts Technician is responsible for careful handling, inspecting, sorting, and packaging of precision metal parts according to customer and quality requirements. This role supports production by preventing part damage, identifying nonconformances, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

 

Key Position Responsibilities:

• Completing parts packaging per customer requirements
• Handling parts in a delicate manner that prevents damage
• Maintaining a clean environment for part handling/storage/packing
• Sorting parts either aided (scopes, lights, ) or unaided
• Run production parts as needed (punch press or shear)
• Aid in determination of nonconformances in a production run or through the packing phase
