Express Employment Professionals in Lubbock, TX is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Draftsman for a local company. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their drafting career with hands-on project experience. Candidates should have at least 1 year of drafting experience and be comfortable working in AutoCAD and Inventor.
$18.00 per hour
Full-time position
Monday–Friday (schedule may vary depending on client needs)
Create and modify detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and Inventor
Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and design instructions
Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers and project managers
Maintain organized drawing files and documentation
Ensure accuracy and compliance with company and industry standards
Minimum 1 year of drafting experience preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor
Strong attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Good communication and teamwork skills
Technical degree or drafting certification preferred but not required
