Express Employment Professionals are looking for a Machine Operator.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery to produce high-quality products according to established standards and procedures.
• Set up machines, including selecting the appropriate tools and materials.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and promptly report any issues or malfunctions to the maintenance department.
• Inspect finished parts for quality assurance, identifying and addressing defects or discrepancies.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure they run smoothly and make necessary adjustments to optimize productivity.

 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in [Specify Industry].
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and perform minor adjustments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment operation.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
