Insurance Customer Service Representative (18/hr to start)

Successful Insurance Company is seeking a temp-to-hire CSR to add to their team.  Duties will include but are not limited to answering and routing calls, providing customer service to clients to call in for various policy needs, calling/following up with insurance carriers on policies, data entry of insurance information, printing/reviewing reports, generating letters on Word and mailing them to clients, answering phones, and other tasks as assigned by the agents and management. 

 

Candidates should be interested in an opportunity in the insurance industry, as associates that are hired permanently will have the opportunity to earn their 4-40 license along with a pay raise in the near future. Candidates should be dependable and reliable, professional presentation, organized, with their own transportation to work, and strong Microsoft Word and typing skills.

 

Candidates bilingual in English/Spanish are highly preferred. Candidates with prior insurance experience and/or their 4-40 license are highly preferred.

 

Position will work Day Shift, Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm and will pay 18/hr. Comprehensive benefits available upon permanent hire including 401k with matching, health/dental/vision, and PTO time.
