13-week contract- rotating weekends 

Shifts: Eve (2pm-10pm) 

           NOC (10pm-6:30am)

Location: Honolulu, HI (Hawaii Kai)

CNA Job Duties (but not limited to)

• Observing and recognizing the needs of the patient
• Assists patients in ADL’s
• Reporting and documenting the observations and care provided
• Assist patients with ambulation and activities and ROM exercises as ordered

CNA Requirements:

• Current State of Hawaii CNA Certification
• Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience - within 24 months
• Current CPR/BLS Certifications
• Current two-step TB or Chest X-Ray clearance - within 1-year
• Fieldprint fingerprint
