Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Liquid Photoimageable (LPI) Production Technician for a leading high-reliability printed circuit board manufacturer.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on manufacturing work, operating equipment, and working in a quality-driven environment that supports industries such as aerospace, defense, and medical technology.

Position Overview: 

The LPI Production Technician is responsible for applying and processing protective coatings (solder mask) on printed circuit boards. This position works with specialized coating equipment, UV exposure systems, and screen printing processes to ensure high-quality production standards are met.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Operate LPI coating and curing equipment
• Perform pre-cleaning and surface preparation of circuit boards
• Conduct UV exposure and developing processes
• Mix and apply specialty inks using screen printing methods
• Perform stencil preparation and surface planarizing
• Follow strict safety, quality, and department procedures
• Complete preventative maintenance and housekeeping tasks
• Safely handle and dispose of hazardous materials

Requirements: 

• Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds frequently
• Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts
• Comfortable working with chemicals and manufacturing equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written procedures and supervisor direction
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
