Job Title: Welder (First Shift)
Location: Hudson, WI
Hours: 6:00am – 2:30pm, Monday – Friday
Pay: $24.16 – $28.22/hour, depending on experience

Summary:
Seeking welders with MIG (GMAW) and flux-core (FCAW) welding experience for first shift positions. Experience with TIG (GTAW) and stick (SMAW) welding is a plus but not required. Candidates must be safety-conscious and able to interpret weld symbols and drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG (GMAW) and flux-core (FCAW) welding on various products
• Interpret weld symbols, prints, and drawings
• Follow quality standards and weld sequence requirements
• Operate hoists and hydraulic presses (training provided)
• Maintain awareness of welding hazards and adhere to safety procedures
• Assist in training new welders as needed
• Meet or exceed production timelines while maintaining quality
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, climbing)

Qualifications:

• MIG and flux-core welding experience required
• Ability to read and interpret job drawings and weld symbols
• Willingness to be trained on new equipment
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Physical ability to handle job demands
