Are you an experienced Screen Printer looking for a new opportunity? 

 

Schedule:

• Regular Hours: Monday-Friday, 12pm-8pm
• Training Hours: Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm or 7am-3pm

Pay: $24-37 per hour, based on experience

• Evaluation to hire
• Background check and drug screen needed prior to placement 

 

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the following screen printing presses:
  • Automatic Cylinder Screen Printing Press
  • Semi-Automatic Flatbed Screen Printing Press
  • Clamshell Screen Printing Press
  • Automatic Screen Printing on a Roll Press
• Solve printing problems and make print adjustments to maintain print quality, registration, color, and production speed.
• Retrieve production orders and job assignments
• Log into job setup and printing on the computer
• Verify order details including quantity, overrun tolerance, color sequence, and substrate.
• Obtain necessary supplies such as substrate, screen, ink, and squeegee.
• Set up press according to company guidelines, safety, and job requirements.
• Print proof sheets to check press setup, registration, ink viscosity, and color.
• Secure second approval for production run.
