Pool Service Team Lead (Mechanical & Field Operations)

Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: 6:00am – 2:30pm (Flexibility Required)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Pool Service Team Lead to oversee daily field operations while actively servicing residential and/or commercial pools. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who can manage a small team, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure quality service standards are met consistently.

This position requires both leadership ability and a strong mechanical skill set. The ideal candidate leads by example and is comfortable working alongside their crew in the field.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities

Lead and support a small crew of pool service technicians
Perform routine pool cleaning, maintenance, and equipment inspections
Diagnose and resolve mechanical or system issues on-site
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
Train and mentor team members as needed
Communicate professionally with customers and management
Maintain daily service schedules and complete job documentation
Uphold company safety standards and service protocols

Minimum Requirements

Strong leadership and team guidance skills
Mechanical aptitude (experience using tools, troubleshooting equipment, etc.)
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
Valid driver’s license
Must have own vehicle
Flexibility with schedule as field work may require adjustments

Preferred Qualifications

Previous pool service experience
Prior field service or mechanical repair experience
Experience leading small crews or teams
