Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Lockbourne, Ohio facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in forklift operation and warehouse processes, along with experience using Crown and Raymond equipment.

You will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts, conducting inventory movement, loading/unloading materials, and maintaining a safe and efficient workspace. This position requires someone who is a self-starter with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a standing forklift, reach truck, and cherry picker.

• Safely load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.

• Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate records of inventory movement.

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.

• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

• Complete all assigned tasks with minimal supervision.

• Participate in regular testing and evaluations for math and comparison skills.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent forklift experience is required.

• Equipment Experience: Must have hands-on experience with Crown and Raymond equipment.

• Testing: Must successfully complete equipment testing on standing forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers.

• Math & Comparison Skills: Must pass a math and comparison evaluation test.

• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
