We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with questions, scheduling service appointments, ordering, and ensuring they receive an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth
  • Schedule service appointments, confirm details, and coordinate with the service team
  • Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and estimated timelines
  • Order parts and supplies as needed to support repair and maintenance work
  • Track inventory and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries
  • Update customers on the statuses and answer follow-up inquiries
  • Process payments, invoices, and warranty claims accurately
  • Maintain organized records
  • Support the service team by ensuring smooth communication between technicians and customers

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service; automotive or parts-ordering experience a plus
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency (scheduling software, email, POS systems, parts databases)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in automotive services is beneficial
