Location: Kalispell, MT
Status: Full‑Time

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the face of the organization in the community—building partnerships, increasing referrals, and helping families connect with essential care services.

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to grow market share
  • Analyze trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, and physicians
  • Represent the company at community events, health fairs, and professional conferences
  • Conduct high‑impact sales presentations and face‑to‑face meetings
  • Educate referral partners on services and tailor solutions to client needs
  • Track sales activity, KPIs, and conversion rates using CRM software
  • Collaborate with leadership on sales and marketing plans
